SF Bay Area, CA My E03 has the neutral XM-L, but I have a bunch of 219 lights. The nice thing about the 219 is the consistent color - no bands as it transitions from spot to spill - and the fact that it has very good color rendition with a 4500k neutral temperature. All my Hi-CRI Cree's (XP-G's and XM-L's) are a bit yellow.

L3 Illuminations L10 model is an AA light, purchased with 4 modes in Natural finish. I've been excited to get my first Nichia 219 led based light, so this is my first experience with this high CRI led and with L3 products. It came in a nice plastic box with extra o-rings and split rings for key carry (mine will ride inside my wallet).

13,484 I just got the L3 Illumination L10 4-mode light in the mail today. Being a fan of the Thrunite T10, I was excited for a AA moonlight without the memory. I have to say that I'm a little disappointed in the usability of it. I have not been able to get it to come on in firefly mode first.

Fortunately, the Nichia 219 is now more common than it used to be, showing up in very inexpensive lights like the L3 Illumination L10. Industry standard emitters like the Cree XP-G2 found in the ThruNite T10 also come in 75-CRI neutral white for a good balance between power and color accuracy.
